2-3 weeks ago. I haven't noticed anything different (except the speedometer when it works being a couple more miles off of the GPS) , was I supposed to?

Yeah the shorter tire will run more RPM and throw the speed off a bit.

Okay. Like I said, I haven't really noticed. I really like how they look. Definitely an improvement over the Pontiac Vibe rims and the aftermarket set. Although the aftermarket set looks great on my sister's 1993 Legacy wagon. The downside is I can't swap them over from green Subie because my sister's 14" rims won't fit over green Subie's brakes. If I find a cheap set of 15" before I seek green Subie, I'll swap them over.
